Before you choose Cloud
Why are Bellfly and Packtell free while Cloud costs money?
The local products run on your devices. Cloud runs an ongoing online service for cross-device context, notifications, Family and Witness. You only need Cloud if you want those online features.
How long is the Cloud trial?
At launch: 30 days, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the same Cloud plan at $8/month or $80/year.
What does the Cloud plan cost?
One Cloud plan is $8/month or $80/year, in US dollars. Eligible family members pay $6/month or $60/year for the same features.
Is the family member rate a different plan?
No. It is a reduced price for eligible members of the same Cloud plan, with the same public Cloud features.
Are AI models and third-party storage included?
Those services keep their own accounts and charges. Cloud does not include their fees or provide file-storage space.
Where can I find tax, refund and payment details?
Tax, refund, supported payment regions and payment-method details will be published before the related payment features are enabled.
Does a Cloud plan move my files into Cloud?
No. OrbiFabric Cloud has no capability to obtain your actual files. They stay on your devices or in storage you choose.
