A Package called “2026 Taxes” explains what you are organizing. It is not the tax document, but its name still deserves protection.
Where each part belongs

Accounts, devices and Family
Account and device identifiers, their relationships and Family membership help the service recognize who may continue.

Package background and work status
Package and file names, versions, necessary descriptions and notes, relationships, activity and the last information a device sent help identify the next step.

Notifications, requests and Witness
Delivery and request information, results, file fingerprints, recorded times and signatures support the online feature you selected.
The actual file is outside this record.
Cloud does not take the actual file contents, full Bellfly project, complete prompts, local working environment or storage credentials.
If something gets in the way
A note contains private information
Only include what the next device needs. Notes can be sensitive just like filenames.
A public Witness link is shared
It exposes only the limited record intended for that check, not the file or private account history.
You need a retention or deletion answer
Ask about the specific data category. No universal retention period or deletion deadline is promised here.

Does Cloud get my actual files?
OrbiFabric Cloud has no capability to obtain your actual files.
Are filenames anonymous?
Not necessarily. A name, relationship or activity can reveal personal information even without the file contents.
