What does Cloud need to know? Where are your actual files?
Cloud uses a little information to help you continue: Package names, filenames, versions, notes, accounts, devices and work status. The actual files, your local project and storage access keys stay outside Cloud.

OrbiFabric Cloud has no capability to obtain your actual files.
You open your family trip on another computer
The computer can see that flight, hotel and insurance materials belong together. To read a booking document, Packtell gets the actual file from your device or your chosen storage.

What Cloud can know
Package information, filenames, versions, necessary notes, account and device relationships, Bellfly status, Family members, notification and request information, and Witness records.

Where the actual files are
On your device or in storage you choose. OrbiFabric Cloud has no capability to obtain your actual files.

Where storage credentials and local work stay
Storage credentials stay on the authorized Packtell device. Bellfly’s working environment, project files and full prompts remain local.
Less data still deserves careful protection.
Filenames, relationships and activity can be sensitive. They need deliberate access controls; we do not treat them as harmless or anonymous.
If something gets in the way
You disconnect a device
Cloud access changes. That does not erase files already saved on the device.
You change storage access
The storage service still controls access to the files it holds. Cloud does not receive its passwords or access keys.
You ask about deletion or retention
Read the privacy notice and contact support about the relevant category. This page does not promise fixed retention or deletion times.

OrbiFabric Cloud has no capability to obtain your actual files.
Does local software mean Cloud has no data?
No. Selected online features need account, device and activity information. The boundary is about keeping actual files and local work with you.
