Change computers without guessing where you left off.
Yesterday you organized a Package on your desktop. Today your laptop can recognize its files, versions and notes. Cloud carries that background; Packtell obtains the actual files from your own storage.
OrbiFabric Cloud is coming soon. This site is informational only; account creation, sign-in, trials, and subscriptions are not yet available.

Actual files come from your storageFrom your desktop to your laptop.
The job application you started last night
Your Package contains a CV, portfolio and cover letter. You marked one CV version as the one to send and left a note about the recipient. At the next computer, you want to start there.
How you continue
- 01
Yesterday: keep files and notes together
Packtell keeps the application and its important version clear.
- 02
Cloud: carry the background
Package information, filenames, versions and notes explain what has already been done.
- 03
Today: recognize the next step
Your laptop sees which CV matters and the note you left.
- 04
Get the file when you need it
Connect the storage that holds the selected file. Packtell retrieves it before you open or edit it.
The next computer knows the story.
If a file is not accessible yet, its name and notes can still help you identify what is missing. They do not replace the actual file.
If something gets in the way
The other computer is offline
New information waits until it reconnects. Files already on your device remain there.
You can see the name but cannot open the file
Connect to the storage that holds the file and check your access. A filename is not a copy of the file.
The only copy is gone
Cloud cannot recreate a lost file from its name, version or Witness record. Recovery needs a surviving copy.
A few things you may be wondering
Does Cloud get my actual files?
OrbiFabric Cloud has no capability to obtain your actual files.
Do I need Cloud for the local product?
No. Bellfly and Packtell are free, open-source local products. Choose Cloud only when you want the online features.
